I have no idea as to what, “2pac,” means. Generally what has happened is that the cup’s heat has altered the molecular make up of the finish. The result of the change are the marks (rings?). There is nothing you can do except mask the damage. Hide it. To repair is to remove the finish and use a new finish that is resistant to both heat and moisture. Such finishes are polyurethane combinations. Before poly, the only finishing products were varnish and shellac; both susceptible to heat and water and the combination of both. That is why coasters were introduced to shield the surface from the container.
